Please read this document carefully before using the 8055 platform. Your continued use of any part of this platform constitutes your agreement to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 8055, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 8055 as the platform provider. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The 8055 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using this service.

2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities

Account Registration
  • Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination without notice.
  • All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.
  • Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone. 8055 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the user's own negligence.
Eligibility & Responsibilities
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 8055 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in their place of residence.
  • Users may not use another person's account or allow anyone else to use their account.
  • Any attempt to hack, defraud, or disrupt the platform's systems is a serious violation and may result in legal action.
  • Users must comply with all applicable Malaysian laws relating to online activity and gambling.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the 8055 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly. Users are responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by their financial institution.

Deposit

  • Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed in your account panel, including Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX (Malaysian local banks).
  • Each deposit is subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform. These limits are subject to change from time to time.
  • 8055 reserves the right to request identity verification from users before processing any suspicious deposit or one that exceeds certain limits.
  • Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be unilaterally reversed or cancelled by the user.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.
  • Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a standard security measure to protect user accounts.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days in certain circumstances.
  • Winnings earned using bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the Bonus section of your account panel.

4. Liability Limitations & Account Policy

8055 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantee that it will always be free from errors or interruptions. 8055 will make every effort to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee one hundred percent uptime.

Account Suspension & Closure

8055 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Abuse of platform bonuses or promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to claim benefits.
  • Requests from relevant legal authorities.
  • Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified in the platform's account policy.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 8055 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 8055 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission.

Such links are provided for user convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by 8055 of that content. 8055 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any third-party websites.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

8055 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
